The 280-million-year-old event.

It is not unreasonable to assume if aliens visited directly or indirectly 280 million years ago that they would also create monuments to themselves or to leave artistic art forms of their leaders.

The structure is fifty feet high formed on an ancient seabed and eventually developed into its current quartz stone or siltstone form. 

The skull-like face has a translucent effect to permit visualization of that anatomy, as eyes, ear, teeth, bone structure, jaw, chin, neck, and the crown or cranium.
